UX Designer

We’re currently hiring for a UX designer to join our growing product team in Gothenburg.

About Braha IT

We help campaign planners at bricks-and-mortar retailers (like Coop and 7-ELEVEN) and online retailers (like Mathem), to optimise their promotions. To do this most effectively, we’ve developed a solution that’s part analytics suite, part planning tool. We provide insights; we also make sure they’re actionable.

This position involves:

Lots of:

• Creating and maintaining a design system in Figma
• Ideating quick solutions to varying user problems
• Setting finishing touches and creating beautiful designs
• Working with the entire team, both on the product and the commercial side.

Some of:

• Prototyping and testing different ideas
• Mapping user journeys and solving pain points

Who we're looking for:

• You’ve a natural eye for design and for structure. You’re detail-oriented and enjoy the nitty-gritty aspects of UI design. Your UI skills are particularly strong; you give UI that extra shine. You also recognise that ease of use is ultimately the most important thing.
• You’re ready to join a fast growing scaleup, where features get added to the app daily. You communicate well. You listen well. You’re willing to put your hand up. You’re willing to risk making mistakes. You’re ready to move on after you do.

• It’s likely you have a BSc in Interaction design or some other relevant education. Passion and attitude is more important than experience in this role.
