In order to strengthen our eCommerce capabilities we are now looking for a Solution Lead for our Multichannel unit within IKEA IT. The overall target of the unit is to secure the end-to-end service delivery of our Web and Sales order management services. You will be a part of a newly established and highly motivated team within IKEA IT, managing IKEAs new eCommerce platform, which will be one of the largest and most complex in the world.

About the opportunity as Solution Lead :

We are looking for a Solution Lead who will lead a cross functional team within the New Web Platform. As a Solution Lead you will have the opportunity to be involved in developing our expanding sales channel.You will be working in an agile team setup with a mix of IT and Business competences. We work in a global outsourced IT environment where we order services from our vendors who develop our applications.

Areas of responsibility:

Lead the cross functional team
Responsible for the Solution of High level design in the context of one or more domains
Lead solution activities within the New Web Platform
Provide expertise for roadmaps, pre-studies and design workshops
Steer project(s) to follow decided architecture standards and ensure fulfillment of the functional and non-functional requirements in the solution.

What kind of experience should You have?

We believe, you have a strong background within Web & E-commerce platform. We are looking for someone with a solid background in IT development, with a good experience in Scrum Master, Agile framework and Solution designs from a large IT landscape perspective. You have experience in requirement engineering as well as architectural frameworks and methods.

Does this sound interesting? To be successful in this role you need to have:

Good knowledge on Web and eCommerce platforms
Good knowledge on Agile framework
Experience as a Solution Architect with Scrum master experience
Project Management experience
Leadership skills
Experience in allocating resources and delegating work.
