We offer As BI Specialist within the Finance department, you are offered an exciting role in an international environment where you have contact with colleagues in different countries as well as most departments at our headquarter. You will be part of the group responsible for managing Kappahl's BI tool, and support and educate others in how to work in a data-driven way in daily operations. You will also update routines, instructions and policies for BI to support the users.

Kappahl is making a lot of changes in different systems, this is a chance to really be a part of a great and exciting journey. You will take part in this development in various ways, including developing requirements, testing and leading activities.

Your profile We think you have a bachelor's degree in Business economics or equivalent. We prefer if you have been working in retail, but it´s more important with your ability to develop and improve our way of working. You have experience in working with similar tasks and have a great interest in, and competence of, working with different tools such as Power BI, Sharepoint, Microsoft Excel, Epi server and similar.

As a person, you are a great communicator who has endless patience in answering questions and is always eager to educate colleagues in BI. You are thorough and make decisions based on your analyses. Of course, you love working with complex data and numbers and are engaged by solving different problems based on your knowledge. and are passionate about analyses. You are a team player, stimulated by working and collaborating with others in English in both speech and writing.

Are you interested? The position is a temporary position for 2 years, with placement at our Head Office in Mölndal. Start as soon as possible by agreement. Since we are eager to find the right person to join our team, we will apply continuous selection. This means we might close the process before the set ending date.

We will not go back to the old "normal", and therefore we work with a hybrid working environment. Which means you can work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
