We offer a wide range of assignments and therefore the possibilities are many. However, the main focus for all our assignments, is that your opinion matters. As a consultant at Adecco Professionals you have a unique opportunity to be involved in the start-up process for all IT consultants that makes a part in our team. As our main goal is to help you find an assignment that matches your goals and qualifications, the tasks may vary between the assignments. Below is a selection of what your work tasks may include.

• Perform user research analysis on user behavior and feedback to our customers.
• Implement design activities and artefacts for product and service to create desirable experiences for the user.

Your background
We are, just like you, in the start-up phase and therefore we do not want to limit ourselves in our first selection. You don´t have to know everything, but we would like you to have a willingness to learn. In addition to a curiosity to develop, we hope that you will obtain the following qualifications;

• You have a degree in the UI/UX area or equivalent education.
• Working together in teams motivates you, and you believe that a permissive climate with a feedback culture develops both you and your colleagues for the better.
• You have good communication skills and an eye for design.
