About the team

We’re a team consisting of Data Scientists and Data Engineers. Among other things, our team members have developed recommendation systems for Streaming Services and Prediction Models for the Swedish Unemployment Agency. At Webstep we have people with many different nationalities and so does our Analytics team.

Being a consultant at Webstep

We have a wide range of clients and industries, from finance, insurance, entertainment, and government to mention a few. The common denominator for these organizations is the extent and quality of data they possess.

In addition to the experience you gain through your assignment we aim for you to add more technical and soft skills. To achieve this, we continuously arrange competence activities where we invite acclaimed experts outside Webstep to share their knowledge with us, we also arrange activities ourselves with colleagues from the company. We believe that you…

been working at least 3 years as a Data Scientist

have a background in Computer Science and/or Systems Development

have experience with Python programming and one more programming language (Java, C# etc.)

been working with some of these technologies (PySpark, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Tensorflow, Scikit-learn etc.)

are fluent in English both verbally and in writing

are communicative

want to help us improve the world with the help of AI and Machine Learning
