We are now looking for a new Data Analyst to the Operations Development team at our headquarters in Lund. Your vision is improved customer satisfaction, your tools are data, Qlik Sense, and a team of colleagues with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Who is your future team?
You will be part of a team of 12-15 professionals with expertise including Supply Chain and Operations Management, Project Management, System Management, Innovation and Analytics. Operations Development develop and improve Operations, both internally and externally. We operate within Axis and across our whole Operations organization. With customers in focus, we improve e.g., in terms of time, cost, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and creativity.
What you'll do here as Data Analyst, Operations Development?
Your mission as a Data Analyst within the Operations Development team will be to drive improvements within operations and our global supply chain, focusing on analytics and business intelligence. You will work with colleagues in our different functions in Operations, understanding their problem and need, and together with them come to a solution for resolving that problem - mainly utilizing our Qlik Sense tool. You will lead these activities from request to implementation.
Your role also means that you play an important role in, together with the Operations Development team and our IT department, developing our Analytics capabilities as well as improving our data foundation for exciting use cases in the future.
* Assess actual need and decide course of action together with colleagues
* Plan, define, develop, and maintain BI applications, mainly Qlik Sense
* Drive improvement activities for our way of working with Analytics
* Be an integral part in the work to reshape our data warehouse and strategy for data management

You enjoy not only analytics and business intelligence but finds it exciting and important to learn about operations, our global supply chain, and the business. This will be important for you to succeed in collaborating with functions across Operations as well as other departments in Axis.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Minimum B.S., preferred M.S., university degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with business intelligence
* Experience from working in, or collaborating with, Supply Chain functions in a global environment
* Working knowledge of Qlik Sense
* Familiarity with SQL
Valued but not required:
* Python
* Data management / Data governance
* Machine Learning
