MuleSoft Developer - Corporate Services

Polestar is currently looking for a MuleSoft Developer for our Integration Services team within the Corporate Services area.

The purpose of Integration Services is to enable integration capabilities & services to the digital teams. Integration Services are supporting our digital teams with integrations when we need to tie our services to external partners, or when we need to connect our COTS applications with each other in a modern way that fits into our event driven architecture.

What you will do

The primary delivery for the MuleSoft Developer will be to represent the team in new requirement discussions and provide scalable solutions. You will build and maintain reusable APIs and applications on the Polestar MuleSoft Integration platform as well as solve or recommend solutions for complex issues and problems.

Tasks you will be accountable for:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex applications
- Participate in developing specifications such as user stories and design
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
- Develop unit tests and provide code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality
- Foster team approach to software development and delivery

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

- Experience with SOAP and/or Web Services (REST), MuleSoft integrations and customizations
- Experience working with RAML using MuleSoft
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Enterprise release capabilities
- Experience working with functional programming languages (Dataweave, Scala, Haskell etc.)
- Great knowledge of the AWS ecosystem and how it can be used to build scalable Mulesoft integrations
- Experience working with event-driven architecture using AWS SNS, SQS and EventBridge
- Experience working with real-time data streams using AWS Kinesis and AWS Kinesis Firehose
- Experience working with other AWS services such as Lambda, S3, IAM and IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with Elasticsearch (Kibana)
- Experience in agile work methods, CI/CD and git
