The building industry is currently in a digital transformation that will make the operation of building more sustainable. Data sharing between systems is vital for efficient resources use and an optimal indoor environmental comfort and energy performance of buildings.

Swegon play an important part here and the Digital Service team is driving this exiting work within Swegon.

We work in close cooperation with the different business units and make sure the products can connect to and use the benefits of internet. Where the physical product end and cloud begins, our work also begin.

Swegon have a high customer focus and usability is very important.

Position description
The team covers many disciplines from connectivity in the products, to cloud functions and services for the users. We are looking to increase our resources within cloud now with a C# developer.

You would work with the cloud part of our solution developed in C#, ASP.NET Core.

Preferably you are familiar with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

You have proven work experience from REST APIs and preferably some knowledge about SQL databases.

Your profile

You should be open minded, share our vision of a better, more  sustainable tomorrow, used to working agile and not afraid of working in the fuzzy frontend, where things might change from time to time.

You have at least a bachelor's degree in relevant studies and a couple of years SW development working experience.

You should be close to fluent in English or Swedish, preferably both.

This position will be based in Gothenburg and some travelling withing Europe is very likely, depending on your interest.
