Framework/Platform Developer with a passion for AWS

On behalf of Crossbreed we are looking for a talented developer with a passion for AWS to join our exciting start-up, where we are developing a highly efficient platform that is a complete ecosystem of smart energy solutions for reducing the CO2 footprints in buildings and homes.

We want to be part of saving the world by aiding utilities to go green and use sustainable energy, consequently reducing their fossil fuel-related energy consumption. We do this by connecting all energy related equipment to AI and Machine Learning algorithms that minimizes energy consumption and CO2 output.

The Crossbreed platform is developed as Golang microservices on AWS cloud using *only* serverless functionality such as Lambda, DynamoDB, IoT Core etc. Furthermore, since every electron saved is a win for our environment, we have rather extreme efficiency requirements, counting microseconds and ensuring efficiency in data formats and queries. 

In this position you: 

1. Will enhance yourself in framework/core development. 
2. Will improve your knowledge of cutting-edge AWS Cloud Services, especially their serverless solutions. 
3. Will gain expertise in cleantech/sustainability solutions. 

Qualifications 
We look for someone who: 

• Has a high interest in the Google Go language since we base almost all our codebase on Go.
• Has a keen interest in Cloud technology, especially AWS/serverless. 
• Truly wants to implement generic functionality, SDKs and also likes to optimize code/solutions!
