Software engineer with performance assessment capabilities

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with performance assessment capabilities who wants to make an impact on the European FinTech-arena.

We work in Scrum teams and scale using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). The teams work in close cooperation with the business, balancing the needs of today with the requirements of tomorrow.

We are looking for a software engineer who is passionate about improving performance in large scale solutions in complex business domains, utilizing modern platforms, tools, and technologies. Candidates for the role will be trusted with designing, implementing, and supporting performance assessment systems and strategies. The candidate will fully be able to utilize their deep understanding of software development and technology, as well as their servant leadership and excellent people skills.

As a Software Engineer with performance assessment capabilities, you will:

- Identify the infrastructure (both hardware and software) needed for optimizing performance
- Evaluate application architectures and design performance assessment plans
- Establish performance objectives, acceptance criteria, workload profiles and use case scenarios
- Measure and analyse performance data
- Provide clear and concise reports with recommendations for performance tuning
- Help to identify Service Level Agreement KPIs

Basic Qualifications:

- Strong self-driven collaborator with ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member
- Expert skills in two or more performance assessment tools (e.g. Gatling, Jmeter, LoadRunner etc.)
- Proven programming skills
- Experience on working with Azure DevOps
- Experience on setting up performance assessment infrastructure from zero.
- Proven data analysis and problem solving skills
- Good communication in English
