Description

As an Integration Specialist, you will work with different integrations towards our customers and system suppliers. Your workdays will be filled with various, fast-paced and stimulating tasks in a dynamic and diverse work environment together with motivated people. You get the opportunity to work with a technically challenging platform that gives you great opportunities to further develop your existing technical knowledge. You will work with internal and external parties and be a technical anchor to our customers to deliver integrations, new functionality and solve existing problems in our application warehouse.

In your daily work, you will work in agile projects and cross-functionally with other teams to deliver the right functionality and the most flexible solutions for our customers. This position requires a great attitude, good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide technical support, as well as the ability to research, resolve and escalate IT issues when necessary.

You will be responsible for developing new integrations, further developing, and maintaining existing integrations between the various systems that exist within the business area.
The customer uses Dell Boomi as an integration platform and to the various systems in the business we integrate via web services, REST API and SOAP API. The work includes requirements analysis/design work, system development, implementation and testing and test automation.

Work tasks:

- Be the problem solver and technical anchor in dialogue with internal and external parties
- Deliver new, modified functionality to existing customers
- Designed and developed enterprise services using REST based APIs
- Develop and maintain services used in application integrations
- Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices
- Work with other development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
- Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions
- Coordinate directly with business users and business analysts to best understand and analyse business specifications
- Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
- Document and manage current integrations

Mandatory competence and experience:

- 5+ years of experience as a Integration Developer
- Experience with different Integration patterns
- Experience with Dell Boomi, JavaScript, Groovy, Jenkins, SonarQube, XML, AWS, Azure, CI and API Management technologies and standards
- Extensive experience applying Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts including REST-ful and SOAP-based services.
- Working experience with different Dell Boomi modules/shapes & Connectors.
- You have strong experience in the Application Integration Architecture, API and Micro services architecture, and Development using SOA solutions
- Experienced in different Agile methodologies
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and the ability to interact
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Energetic and passionate to learn new things
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow in an enterprise context.

Preferred competence and experience:

- Dell Boomi certification
