Senior System Developer to R&D, Product Department

Consafe Logistics Product Department is currently looking to strengthen our capacity with colleagues working with software architecture and product development. As a senior system developer, you will be working in the field of Warehouse Management with our standard product Astro WMS.

You will be part of a team of senior system developers within our Product department, working closely together to develop innovative logistical software solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technical solutions maintain high quality in terms of functionality, stability, performance and maintainability. A significant part of the new functionality is developed in close cooperation with our customer projects.

Your workplace is at our head office in Lund. As part of our international company you work together with colleagues in other parts of Sweden and northern Europe.

Your profile

We are looking for ambitious, innovative individuals who want to be part of our continued success. You have extensive experience of development in C/C++, VB.Net or C# as well as very good skills in database management (SQL). Experience with operation systems Unix and Windows is an advantage. Other valued experiences include warehouse logistics in WMS/WCS, automation equipment or ERP systems as well as version management, SCM and case management systems.

As an individual, you are meticulous, flexible, receptive, creative and solution-oriented. We believe that you are skilled in optimizing and structuring code, and have the ability to understand and develop complex software systems and solutions. As a person you are driven and have a willingness to work with warehouse logistics and to learn new things. You display commercial acumen in your actions and share our core values: “We care – We innovate – We deliver”. Of course it is important that you enjoy your work. You speak Swedish and English fluently. We are looking for people with a university degree and at least five years working experience of software development.
