Agile QA Engineer

You are an analytic tester who question assumptions and have a great talent in finding blind spots. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are driven to find ways to help resolve the ambiguity. You know how to test with clear requirements and are even better at handling testing when the requirements are in flux. It’s a lot more fun when things aren’t all spelled out for you, right? You will work closely with developers, product managers, support, and really, everyone to understand the requirements, define tests, and provide the information the team needs to identify focus points or make that ultimate go/no-go decision for each release.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Work closely with QA, Developers and Product teams
• Perform manual testing of Snow´s products using agile testing techniques
• Help identify requirement deficiencies
• Implement and/or identify areas suitable for automatic testing
• Enter, manage and close software defects in the issue tracking system
• Write regression test cases and maintain up to date test suites
• Estimate work tasks to ensure delivery by agreed timelines
• Help with process improvements

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

• 3 or more years working as a QA Analyst / Tester
• Experience from testing in an agile team and using agile testing techniques
• You have a passion for QA and are able to perform assigned tasks on time with high quality
• You have excellent problem solving skills
• You have great technical troubleshooting skills
• You are a team player, and have exceptional communicational skills

Nice to have

• Coding in C# or automation skills are a plus
• Experience from testing software at API level
• Experience in testing complex systems with complex business logic
