Who are we:
We are dedicated team with experienced and highly engaged team members located both in Skövde and Bangalore. The team has a maintenance responsibility of inhouse developed applications within the Internal Logistics area for Volvo GTO. The systems are globally appointed and are an important part of the Volvo Group IT system landscape. Our team has an interesting mix of development and end user support which provides great opportunities to grow in different areas. Our applications are mainly developed in .NET and Angular but the coming years we will see a lot of changes in new technologies, new ways of hosting applications and distributing data. Focus areas are automation in all aspects, frequent deploys, testing, security and making data more accessible. In our daily work we have a close collaboration with our stakeholders all over the world. As a team, we work close together, support each other and respect each other’s differences. We value work-life balance and inspire each other to grow.
Assignment:
By joining our team, you will work with development as well as troubleshooting of runtime issues. You will be an important part in securing the internal logistics in the Volvo factories around the world.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant area
- Good knowledge in back-end development, with knowledge in front-end development (full stack)
- Strong experience within .NET platform, C#, ORM (NHibernate or Entity Framework), Microsoft SQL Server (SQL tuning and performance optimization). Experience in agile methods and DevOps practices
- Value add: IBM WebSphere MQ, NET Core, JavaScript, Python, Azure technologies, Angular
- Self-developing attitude and interested in contributing to the teams development. Have a passion for the end user and a mindset for continuous improvement, team work and collaboration
- Navigate with ease in a multi-cultural, distributed environment and actively cooperate with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills in both English and Swedish, written and verbally
