Are you a passionate Android App developer? Do you want to work in the heart of world-leading Android development in the automotive industry? Then you are the right person! Randstad Technologies is looking for an advanced Android App developer for our client within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

As an Android developer within the automotive industry you will work in a team with competent and easy-to-talk to colleagues. The Android based apps and service are market-leading and the client use bleeding-edge technologies in the daily work. The client offers great opportunities for learning and self-development.

You will work with Android development in Java and Kotlin to develop new features in all of the clients apps such as entertainment, multimedia, driver coaching apps as well as fleet management apps such as Dynafleet. You will be part of the biggest digital transformation in the automotive industry where you will be expected to work with the most modern expert SW practices such as Scrum hybrid XP.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
Experience from Android SW development and good understanding of commonly used Android design patterns
Knowledge in working with production quality software and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira
Android Testing Frameworks such as Espresso and UI Automator
Social, trustful and committed person who’s able to explain complex technical aspects
Ability to work under demanding conditions and to create a successful working climate in these situations
