Du kommer att arbeta ute på uppdrag hos någon av våra kunder. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid, där du blir anställd som konsult hos oss på Envoi.

Uppdragsbeskrivning
Do you possess a strong agile mindset? Do you consider yourself to be a technical thought leader? Then you could be the Android Developer and agile lead we're looking for!

As a technical and thought leader with a strong agile mindset, you will be joining a team of talented developers and testers from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about Android Application developmen. You'll be responsible for driving the team's deliveries as well as improving the team's agile processes, collaborating with the Product Owners, stakeholders and other teams.

You should have prior hands-on technical experience in delivering Android applications. You love the idea of working with a mission-critical product with millions of end-users and zero downtime.

Being experienced in Agile and Lean development, you enjoy responsibility and care as much about developing teams agile process as developing Android App. In your role communication, coordination and team spirit are key components in getting things done.

What you will do

- Drive the team's delivery to production, coordinating across teams and backlogs
- Lead design discussions with your colleagues to find great solutions to complex engineering challenges
- Ensure technical details are analysed, blockers and dependencies are managed
- Ensure agile team meetings (e.g. stand-ups, retrospectives) are organised and that the team is represented in all relevant meetings, promoting collaboration with other teams
- Plan and distribute work, perform backlog grooming, estimations and workload forecast with developers and Product Owner
- Be the first point of contact for the business and other development teams, being knowledgeable about your team's products
- Motivate the team and keep up the team spirit, ensure all team members feel important and part of the team
- Assist the team with technical development or testing activities, leading by example
- Actively seek to continuously improve user experience and service performance
