What will you be doing?

We are looking for a passionate software tester, with a strong focus on manual testing processes, to join one of our growing Internal Process Automation teams in Gothenburg. That also means that you will responsibly play an active part in an agile team throughout the life cycle on the requirement analysis, design, development & testing, mostly manual but also automated, to ensure the quality and functionality of the software. For us, it is important you understand the complexity of the Domain and the challenges this entails, therefore experience is required in certain areas:

• Perform manual software testing
• Design and implement automated test cases
• Execute automated test scripts
• Coach the developers in the team on what quality is and how it’s achieved

Tools we use are Selenium, Postman, Jira, Jenkins, Java

About You

If you smile on the inside when someone says their code is bug free and enjoy seeing the result of your work in happy customers and agents, then you will like it in our team. We think that in order to succeed in the role you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing
• Some experience with test automation
• Some experience with SQL
• Enjoy working in an agile environment
• Professional command of English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills in order to handle large amounts of data and draw precise conclusions
• Knowing when to take initiative and adapt in an ever-changing environment
