About the role

As Senior Service Designer, you'll be responsible for practically driving improvements to the customer experience. Here, you will work across all our UX functions to support the direction of our business against specific goals across customer touchpoints. Daily, you will guide the delivery of business, critical or complex, problems where service design is required. In close collaboration with other functional teams in UX you will make sure to give our customers the best experience-driven delivery. You will also support the Service Design management team - to ensure key strategic initiatives are planned, and delivered. You will take ownership and ensure that opportunities towards our strategic goals are supported. Also, you will ensure holistic customer input is part of our decisions.

More responsibilities:

- Applying service design methodology and frameworks
- Employing global best practices in service design to transform and benefit our experiences
- Defining key elements of our service blueprints and ecosystems
- Illustrating multi-service journeys in pursuit of providing a seamless experience to our users

you who are not afraid of being in the spotlight and have the confidence to facilitate workshops across all our business functions. With your previous experience and excellent communications skills, you are confident in your role and comfortable demonstrating, discussing, as well as justifying decisions. Additionally, with your pragmatic mindset, you know how to make evidence-based decisions while always having the bigger picture in mind. You love collaborating with others and are comfortable receiving and giving feedback while having the confidence to work with senior business stakeholders. Lastly, you can digest and understand complex information and have the ability to identify, refine, and simplify complex processes and problems.

Our wishes:

- Proven experience in the practice of Service Design

- Working experience with tools related to Service Design and their
correct application
- Experience supporting teams in applying the design thinking methodology to develop experiences in a creative way
- Experience with scaling design frameworks to drive improvements to customer experience
