Fullstack Developer - Team Payments

Team Payments
We’re responsible for the payment platform at Hemnet that provides APIs and integrations to payment providers for other teams. Or at least that’s the goal! The team consist of 5 people and we are now looking for out next teammate to be a part of the journey ahead of us!

Background & Skills
You’re a seasoned fullstack developer who have previously worked with complex systems. Your programming language of choice is less important but you should be someone comfortable in taking responsibility and making technical decisions. It’s also great if you have an understanding for modern product development, preferably with experience from working with short iterations, and with an experimental and data-driven approach.

- Strong background in fullstack development / architecture
- Experience working with CI/CD processes
- Firm believer in writing robust tests
- Active participant in pair/mob-programming
- Interested in open discussions around design, architecture and modelling

That being said, we don’t believe that it is necessary to have X years of experience to be a part of our team and contribute in a meaningful way. We put a lot of emphasis on potential, personal drive and a passion for working with payments. If you’re someone more junior with a true interest in payments, and with some experience from web development and an understanding of REST APIs, we are still interested in hearing from you!

Bonus points:

Experience working with different payment providers, order management systems, accounting systems or eCommerce, is extra interesting for us. Also, any experience from other parts of Hemnet’s tech stack is considered a plus:

Way of working after the pandemic:
All employees at Hemnet will have the possibility to work from the office in the central parts of Stockholm. We will also have the opportunity to work the majority of the time from home.
