Tasks and responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product manager, engineering manager and your team to build innovative solutions and product
• Grooming and execution of product development tasks including backend and frontend work using JavaScript / TypeScript + React + NodeJS
• Being responsible for the delivery of new features
• Design technical architecture and review team work

Required Skill-set

• Outstanding programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript (6-7+ years)
• Outstanding with React/React Native, NodeJS & TypeScript
• Experience integrating APIs, working with microservices
• Experience in AWS or GCP
• Experience in Kafka
• Experience with databases, ideally PostgreSQL or GraphQL others can also be: noSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB or Cassandra
• Good to have experience in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkis, TDD, BDD
• Experience delivering in complex environments (e.g. involving multiple teams and stakeholders, product that we build are usually used from 100k up to 100 million and more end users)
• Used to look at the bigger picture and design solution considering trade-off and best practices
• Teamwork oriented approach, striving for improvement
• Technical discovery skills would be nice
• Nice to have: Java and Spring Boot
• English in writing, speaking and reading at a high level is a must (b1)

• Sharing knowledge and best practices within the team and organization
• Very strong in commutation
• Acting independently coupled with strong collaboration and coordination skills
• Strong track record of delivery of influential software, preferably in complex business models and high transaction environment / many end users / many services and systems integrated that speaking with each other
• Self-driven and curiosity in mindset
• Contribute to software design discussions
• Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Ability and eagerness to learn and explore new topics independently
