As a software architect, you will be part of one of our agile software development teams that work together to develop our modern solutions for machine data. Innovation, commitment, and cooperation are our focus.

Your mission
The role as software architect focuses on software design and architecture for the platform and services we offer to our customers. As a software architect, you drive our visions and strategies around architecture daily and take a more active role in supporting your colleagues in these matters. You are part of our team of architects who lead our development in the area.

You will join a culture that values clear, concise, and readable code, before over-engineered complex solutions. We work with .NET 6, C#, C++, Python, Kubernetes and Nats to name a few, but are also open for newer, promising, uprising techniques/technologies as functional programming or languages like Rust. We are open to new ideas, if it fits the purpose.

Your profile
We believe that you have university degree in the field or have worked for a few years as a software developer and want to develop further. You are interested in Event Driven Architecture and Domain Driven Design and have a desire to learn new techniques and technologies. You are curious and keen to understand how to solve the customers problem in the best possible way. Maybe you have an architect role today, but want to join a company in the front edge of the technology. 

We are looking for a team player with the desire to contribute. You are open to learn and improve and know how to teach and communicate. As we are a global company, you need to be able to speak and write in English.
