QA Lead

The role
We're looking for a QA lead to join our team in Stockholm. You'll help ensure that our end users love GpsGate.

As the first QA employee, you'll help us build out the processes and team. You'll also:

- Define, write and execute test plans and test cases
- Ensure products meet expectations and specifications
- Analyze and investigate test results
- Document QA activities and results
- Lead a remote quality assurance team
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team
- Work closely with project leads to gather requirements and coordinate testing

We’re looking for:

- Experience building a QA department
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Experience with hosting and running software in the cloud
- Great team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading software quality assurance
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
- Fluency in both written and spoken English

In addition, it's great if you have:

- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL, C#/.NET, JS, and scripting
- AWS experience
