By joining Volvo Group Digital & IT in Umeå, you will be a part of a fail-friendly environment focused on learning and sharing experiences. We aim to support the IT solutions that run the Volvo Group Trucks Operations production plant in Umeå.

We are looking for you who work in a similar role today or have experience from as IT business analyst.

Responsibilities

You will work close with your IT team and stakeholders to create value for the end users and production line. The IT systems that we deliver range from web-based solutions for planning to communication to paint-robots and data analysis.

• Main point of contact for business requirement & needs
• Translate business needs to IT requirements.
• Involve in backlog preparation by confirming objective and requirements within agile team.
• Propose and prioritize improvements for the solutions (new functionality, version upgrade, configuration, etc.)
• Lead change activities to ensure successful deployment and rollout of new IT solutions
• Work proactively with continuous improvements

You love problem solving and you are curious on learning new things and to share what you know and learn with others.

Profile/Experience

• Engineering degree within IT or similar within relevant areas
• Work experience from requirement breakdown and IT product development.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Good communication skills and team player characteristics.
• Flexibility in your way of working.
• Analytic mindset and a good understanding of “the bigger picture”.
• A couple of years of experience with IT.
