So what is the role about? 🌟

We are now looking for a Product Designer to support our team with daily tasks related to our product. As a Product Designer at Winningtemp you’ll get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the customer experience and overall product strategy.

Areas of responsibility;

- Take ownership of the creative process, following design initiatives from the discovery phase all the way through to implementation!
- Be part of a closely knit cross-functional, empowered team consisting of product manager and owner, developers, QA, UX researcher and data scientist focusing on increasing the product engagement
- Deliver new designs through user flows, prototypes and wireframes in an iterative process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders as well as users of the product
- Collaborate with our UX researcher to test out concepts and prototypes
- Work together with the design team to develop processes and ways of working, questioning how and why we do what we do
- Help maintain and contribute to our design system (which we are very proud of!

This will role will be placed in Gothenburg where the rest of the design team also works.

Your team and manager 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

In this role you’ll be joining our design team, reporting to Liza, our Head of Design. The team is currently based in Gothenburg, consisting of four dedicated and team oriented employees that all enjoy sharing ideas and learnings with the people around them. Although we don’t need you to be, it would be great if you are able to work from the Gothenburg office now and then.

You have years of experience in Product design and you know your way around in Figma.

Nice to haves:

- A degree in product design, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience working closely with developers
- HR platform/tool industry experience

In this role you will be joining our design team, reporting to our Head of Design Liza. Our team is currently based in Gothenburg, and we are primarily for someone who can meet us in the office on a regular basis.
