Senior Digital Product Manager

Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our passionate Digitalization department based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up and contribute to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.

The Digitalization team is developing industry-leading connectivity in the factory to enable both data and product-driven decision-making on all levels of operations. We build software and develop solutions that give our colleagues real-time insight, impact, and control over the factory: from planning over execution to quality assurance.

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will join a product team under a certain area and will be responsible for a team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define the product strategy and a roadmap on a rolling basis
• Translate the product roadmap into a product backlog with a shared understanding of the backlog items with the rest of the team
• Identify problems/opportunities for improvements and evaluate them using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Work with software engineers as well as stakeholders close to the shop floor, such as manufacturing, production planning, operations, production technology, and process engineering
• Support the Product area lead to define the long-term strategy and the product roadmap
• Define KPIs, track progress, and measure the business impact of the team
• Facilitate technical design workshops
• Partner with UX and Product Analysts
• Travel frequently between different locations of offices and factories (Stockholm, Skellefteå, Västerås, and more coming)
