THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES

At HIPT our mission is to establish a build and test environment that enables continuous deployment within manual and automated testing. Our goals are to reduce lead time-to-market and increasing product quality. Our great and experienced team of eight people are responsible for the building test hardware to test all internally developed software and support the tool chain at Connectivity in Volvo Group Trucks Technology.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Keep track of needs from the agile release trains
  • Work as Product Owner for the team
  • Work with vendors to get rig parts
  • Work with partners for development of PCB cards
  • Work with partners to develop new wiring harnesses.
  • Assemble rigs
  • Load software in our test rigs.
  • Design new rig types (3D drawing and printing)
  • Safety representative, to secure a secure workshop and test facility
  • Have visions and plans for the future

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe that you are a passionate engineer with an agile approach having a big interest for hardware and electronics. To be successful in this position we believe you have at least three years of experience within RIG assembly and development. You have been working with vendors and partners to coordinate delivery’s

The following are considered as important merits:

  • M.Sc. / B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or
  • similar
  • Soldering skills
  • Automotive experience
  • Truck Driving License C
  • Certificate for “Hot work”
  • Electrical safety for Battery Electrical Vehicles
