Embedded Software Integration Engineer

At Void our mission is to establish a build and test environment that enables continuous deployment with automated testing. Our goals are to reduce lead time-to-market and increasing product quality. Our great and experienced team are responsible for the automated test chain, integrating suppliers deliveries, support the tool chain at Connectivity in Volvo Group Trucks Technology.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Keep track of needs from the agile release train
• Work as Product Owner for the team
• Work with partners for software deliveries
• Integrate supplier software and internal software
• Release builds
• Maintain and improve our tool chain
• Maintain and improve our continuous integration process
• Have visions and plans for the future of the team

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe that you are a passionate engineer with an agile approach having a big interest for dev ops, continuous integration and comfortable communicating with stakeholders, managers and suppliers. To be successful in this position we believe you have at least three years of experience within continuous integration, sysop/sysadm and similar assignments. You have been working with vendors and partners to coordinate deliveries.

The following are considered as important merits:

• M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or
• similar
• Programming skills
• Experience with Java, Groovy, Gradle, Bash
• Experience with Windows, Linux and Android OS
• Experience in JIRA, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
• Experience from the Automotive industry
• Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban
• Experience in a leading role.
