About the role

The main purpose of the team is to develop and deliver innovative and high-quality solutions for clients that provide actual business value. As UX DESIGNER you are working with all parts of the user experience journey and helping our customers solve complex UX problems, including user research, designing solutions and defining scenarios for testers. Communication is central in this role and you will be facilitating workshops with customers and guide the client through the full user experience journey.

About you

We believe you are a great communicator and facilitator that can convey complex messages and solutions to internal stakeholders and clients. You enjoy solving complex problems with a combination of creativity and structure. We also believe you are collaborative and are comfortable sharing your knowledge with your colleagues and clients. To thrive in this role and at Devoteam Creative Tech we also believe you are humble and have a solution oriented approach.

To succeed in the role you also have experience of:

• Knowledge and experience of working with the complete UX journey
• Conducting deep interviews and workshops for user research
• Planning and facilitating workshops with customers e.g. value stream mapping, user testing…
• Translating UX research to digital user experience solutions
• Full proficiency in English

Our recruitment process.

The Recruitment process starts with a first meet and greets a recruiter to describe the role, Devoteam Creative Tech, ensure some practical information, and answer questions. The next step is a more formal interview together with the Hiring Manager. This interview will assess your behaviours based on our values. The next step Is usually a take-home assignment to understand your competencies. Finally, we will invite you to a second and final interview with a Design specialist and team member.
