About the role

As Business Intelligence Developer, you will work closely with the IT department to improve daily operations. The position involves designing, managing, and deploying data systems, reports, and dynamic dashboards, as well as training users in these systems and the use of reports. This position is responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, manipulating and validating data, and conducting root cause analysis.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- Learning and fully understanding the data landscape in databases and applications
- Analyze business processes and requirements
- Using and developing data collection processes
- Gathering end user reporting and dashboard requirements
- Developing dashboards and creating reports and supporting users with them
- Communicating insights to other analytical roles and across the organization
- You will be involved in developing dimension models using the company data warehouse to be used as source for BI reports in the organization.

You will be a part of the BI team in our IT department. We work according to Kanban-philosophy and have a clear connection between company vision and daily work.

To thrive in the position as BI Developer we see that you have experience from a similar role and have worked with tools such as, Power BI and SQL. You are structured and understand the importance of documenting and user manuals. You understand ETL and have knowledge of BI principles. We believe you are not afraid of taking initiatives. You are result oriented and are motivated by problem solving.
