Your Role and Responsibilities :

Instana, an IBM Company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will serve as the technical champion for its largest enterprise customers. The TAM provides personalized, proactive support and guidance and develops deep relationships with assigned accounts to understand their environment as well as technical and business goals. Additionally, as their internal advocate, the TAM works closely with Engineering, Product Management and the rest of the Customer Success Team to influence prioritization and resource utilization.


Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Lead and develop onboarding and best practices training content

• Drive adoption and business goal attainment

• Build relationships with assigned accounts

• Present strategy content and roadmap

• Be an internal customer advocate for overcoming adoption blockers

• Provide paid training and architectural assistance

• Tavel accross the Nordics for customer visits

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Demonstrated technical background, specifically of a customer orientation.

• Experience with Application Performance Management (APM)

• Experience with one or more of the following: Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python

• Demonstrated familiarity with Linux

• Knowledge of containers and microservice application architecture and networking

• Strong presentation as well as written and verbal communication skills

• Superior organizational and project management skills

• Fluent in a Nordics language (Danish/ Swedish/ Norwegian) and English"

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Exposure and Familiarity with IBM’s AIOps Solutions
