We are an experienced and highly engaged team of 6 people located in Arendal, Gothenburg. We are responsible for two in-house developed .NET systems that are used in all truck factories across the globe.
Our systems are at the core of the Volvo global IT system landscape and have the responsibility to decide what, when and where trucks need to be assembled.
As a team we have the end-to-end responsibility for new development and runtime, which gives an interesting mix of work tasks and provides great opportunities to grow. We work close with our stakeholders to improve their daily work.

This is how you could make an impact
By joining our team, you will be in the driver seat for our Azure Cloud migration. You get the time to learn, work and becoming an expert in Cloud software development.
Delivering software at speed and with high quality standard for all factories in the world is our base. Owning and driving this, is part of your mission.
As a core system we need to feed our datalake and have high standard API services to be used by our own applications as other smart solutions. You need to be at the front seat to develop a roadmap and execute towards this vision.
You will be encouraged to learn to stay ahead. Only with a highly skilled team we can make the difference.
Who are you?
As a person you are innovative, self-driven and have a strong technical interest in combination with a customer-oriented attitude.
You enjoy teamwork, contributes to a positive team spirit and you like to take ownership and responsibility.
You love problem solving and you are curious on learning new things and to share what you know and learn with others.
Expected qualifications?
- A master or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
- Experience within .NET platform - C# and SQL Server
- Advantage if you have experience within:
- Both front-end and back-end development (full stack)
- NHibernate or similar
- Modern frontend techniques like typescript, Angular
- Agile and DevOps engineering practices
- Fluent in English
