Do you want to be part of developing the mobility solutions of tomorrow?

Reperio is now looking for a UI/UX Designer to Flowbird. You will be a part of our R&D department in Global, but based in Stockholm. Together we are developing technical solutions used by customers in over 70 different countries.

As a UI/UX designer you will develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our brands and you will be reporting directly to the UI/UX Manager of Smartcities in R&D. You will be responsible for the best User Experience a customer can get parking related. More specific it means that you will produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. In this role you will collaborate with our digital marketing team, external designers in several different countries, and our development team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experience.

The role of the UX/UI designer is to provide a frictionless, simple, pleasant, easy to understand journey for our multicultural customers in fifteen countries.You will experience a high degree of autonomy and are empowered to take initiatives and leadership in all actions required to get things done. You will be supported by your peers, the team of tribe leads, squad leaders, Product Owners, business analysts and your colleague UI/UX designers.

Who are you?

You’re proactive, autonomous, passionate and customers-driven. You love to deliver excellent UX/UI and to be recognized for this. You are a natural UI/UX designer who can make bets on what will work and not, and guide the development teams to the best design options. You are always looking with a broad view at all UX/UI initiatives across the world and new customer journeys, and you are organized enough to take the lead on testing, assessing and taking feedback into account when it comes to UX. We believe that you are an independent thinker with strong execution skills that strive for excellence.

Essential experience

- Relevant academic experience such as a degree in the field of visual communication or interactive design or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar job position, experience in mobile apps and web applications being mandatory
- Experience working on B2SMB or B2C product
- Are able to design apps from single UI components to entire customer journey
- Have experience and know how to put in place and take advantage of A/B testing and any other feedback loop methodology that you would deem appropriate
- Have experience with Figma
- Have experience in usability testing with users
- Have excellent communication skills
- Speak and write business English

It is a plus if you have

- Experience with Parking branche
- Experience with Mobile development
