The Technology team
Picadeli is a Foodtech company where software is at the core of the business. We’re in a rapid international expansion journey and took our first steps into the US in 2021 and continue our expansion in Europe. Our connected Salad bar and software suite is central to the success and help customers keep high quality, minimal waste and significantly reduce the number of hours needed to manage a top-notch Salad bar.
The software suite ensure the products stay at the right temperature, digital food safety/traceability, optimization of assortment per store and automated replenishment using machine learning.
Your mission
As a Product Owner your mission is to make the process from idea to releasable feature run as smooth as possible. You will talk with customers and internal stakeholders to turn customer pain points and ideas into clear user stories in the backlog. On the other side you’ll work with the development team to define the suitable technical solution. You will report to the Software Manager.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders in our markets, (Sweden, Finland, Germany, France, Belgium and USA) to turn pain points into hypothesis about new features and products
- Translate customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for Picadeli’s digital products
- Work close with the developers to ensure the user stories are well understood and help solve bottlenecks to reach a good solution
- Plan and lead product releases to ensure that new features are launched to customers with high frequency and quality
- Follow-up new launches and ensure the development team gets the feedback needed to iterate quickly
- Participate and organize testing of new features and provide clear feedback
- Ensure the customer centric teams in each country are aware of new features and products and coordinate with the training team to ensure they can create guides
- Contribute with release notes and find other ways to ensure all parts of the organization understands our digital products.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for proven ability to manage products and have the drive to deliver an even better concept to our customers around the world. You can switch between the business context of what creates value to the technical context of how we can develop this in an efficient manner. You’re a positive person that contribute to a good mood in the group.
- Demonstrated success in product management of digital products
- A positive mindset and strong communication skills
- Understanding of why CI and CD are important, and how these relate to quality
- User of software product planning tools such as Jira or Shortcut
- Experience of service design and UX design is a plus
- Experience from combined hardware and software development is seen as a plus but not a requirement
- A coding/technical background and experience of software testing is advantageous
