Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Developer who is experienced in developing and operating subsystems for the next generation TV platform and work with the rest of the team and vendors to secure that the service is working from an IP point of view, as well as security, resiliency, privacy, and integrity point of views.

What you'll do:

● Be part of the company's “3rd line” support team that is responsible for on call services, troubleshooting and fixing problems found by customers and/or customer support organizations, including everything from SW (re-)configuring or software upgrades/updates.

● Communicates with our vendors and service providers about the new requirements that might be needed to fix and improve our services.

● Focus on developing and operating subsystems for the next generation TV platforms and work with the rest of the team and vendors to secure that the service is working all from an IP point of view.

● Gain a detailed understanding of the complete architecture of a product and the position of your work stream in it.

● Develop elegant solutions for complex problems and actively contribute to post-release maintenance issues.

Who you are:

● Have a master’s degree in data sciences, computer science, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.

● Have knowledge and experience in areas such as device testing & troubleshooting, security, IP, data-driven analytics a.k.a. big data, home routers and Wi-Fi technologies, media distribution, content management, and content distribution networks (CDNs).

● Good knowledge of developing python-based applications, Linux, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Flask, React, Vue or Angular.

● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.

● Fluent in Speaking and writing Swedish and English.
