Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is experienced in data-driven algorithms, processes, and solutions for Digital Home, and TV Service Delivery, Service Performance Monitoring and Service Improvements Automation.

What you'll do:

● Ensure that access to quality data from the Digital Home & TV systems and subsystems for the defined data-driven service improvement process is easy.

● Define metrics, build dashboards, create reports, and key datasets to empower data-driven service development & improvements in collaboration with the rest of the team.

● Having good analytical skills, setting market benchmarks, trends, and gathering data from businesses to use in the analysis.

● Commitment to growth and personal development in the analytics space evidenced by interests in conferences, community etc.

● Set and drive agenda, roles, and expectations per project to ensure all responsibilities are being met; escalate issues as appropriate.

Who you are:

● Have a master’s degree in Data science, Computer science, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.

● Ability to acquire, process, and analyse a large amount of data, even remotely (service & network KPIs, performance data from probes, etc.), and compare it and analyse it considering what is available in the literature, preferably within the TV.

● Good knowledge and proven experience in developing python-based applications, JavaScript, C/C++, Python, SQL, JAVA, and Linux.

● Fluent in Speaking and writing Swedish and English.

● Experience with data engineering tools, data modelling, and python skills is a bonus.
