Echandia is now looking for a part-time IT-supporter to their first line support. Perfect for a student with previous knowledge of IT or first line support. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a first line supporter you get to handle the internal errands at Echandia. They are primary working with a microsoft environment. This could be:

* Answering emails and phone calls
* Set up accounts.
* Handling passwords
* Receive, register and solve IT-related errands.
* Participate in different IT-related projects within the company.

As most of the errands will be internal this is a great opportunity for you to network and create a name for yourself within the company. Perhaps a future career after your studies?

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
For this role you need to have previous experience and good knowledge within Microsoft 365 and a good database knowledge. You also need to be able to speak and write fluently in English. Other merits is knowledge or previous experiences within:

* Working with IT-support/first line support
* Azure
* Google cloud
* Active Directory

General information:

* Start date: According to agreement
* Extent: Part-time (8 hours a week).
