Who are we?
Yanzi is a fast-growing high-tech start-up developing and offering a highly efficient, scalable and secure platform for property owners. Yanzi is a part of the Nordomatic group - Scandinavia’s largest system integrator within Smart Buildings. Together, we serve some of the world’s largest corporations within facility management in Europe, USA, and Asia.

About the role & the team
As a full-stack developer at Yanzi, you will enter a highly efficient agile team and be a part of an organization with a start-up state of mind and deliver impact to global customers in small cycles by developing interactive (near) real-time applications, not just another CRUD interface.
We are a small team with a broad and deep competence among us. In our hardware lab, you will meet your colleague building and testing our sensors, in another room you will meet a colleague with expertise in battery technology and if you go further down the hall there are colleagues working with radio and network communications.
Maybe you wonder where you come in? In this role, you will take ownership of our suite of powerful front-end products, and together with your colleagues deliver the best solutions possible for our customers. Every now and then you will join a training or a conference to develop and grow professionally and personally. Perhaps you want to visit or work from our offices in Europe. Either way, you can combine work and spare time, flexible working hours and remote work on your own responsibility.
Our Techstack
Our web applications are built using TypeScript and React. We develop our backend with Node and deliver the complete solutions using Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. We use Postgres/Timescale to enable real-time search capabilities. Further, we apply continuous integration & delivery with software-defined infrastructure (IaC).
Who are you?
Your personality matters as much as your skillset. Therefore, you are a team player with the ability to work in an international environment. We also believe that you are a self-driven individual with good collaboration and communication skills in English. Furthermore, you are a curious person who proactively identifies and pursues improvement opportunities.
We look beyond your resume, but we think that you have:
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Solid skills in building web applications using TypeScript and React or other relevant techniques
- Relevant education within software development or similar
We consider it a plus if you have:
- An interest in IoT, creative user interfaces or similar
- Experience in Cloud development (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- A customer value-based approach
