Front-end developer with experience in AWS

Our team is currently looking for a front-end developer who is eager to join us in our exciting customer journey and help us build a great and user-friendly application for Scania customers.

We believe the team member we are looking for is:

• A front-end developer
• Has a practical knowledge on Angular framework
• Has knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, CSS Pre-processors such as SASS/LESS, JavaScript/ Typescript
• Understands code versioning tools, such as Git, some CI/CD knowledge
• Has good knowledge of writing unit tests
• We are working with AWS so some knowledge on cloud will be beneficial
• A person who enjoys working in agile environment
• A person with a mindset that nothing is impossible
• A person who is passionate about test automation
• Open to pair and mob programming
• A team-player that help the teammates reach their full potential.

We are seven agile development teams and a support team working with Scania’s system for taking care of the repair and maintenance journey for both the customer and the retail side. We want to support the customers and the people working at our workshops around the globe with the best experience possible.

What we offer is a dynamic environment where we use different coding languages and libraries in the different teams (e g Java, JavaScript, .NET/.NET Core, C#, Kotlin, React, NodeJS & Python). Our teams are responsible for the complete development process, from analysis and architectural refinement to test and release, in close co-operation with the product owners. We like to build cool stuff together, have fun along the way and encourage an environment.
