Your mission here with us
The team you joining are responsible for developing and maintaining a framework that enables Diagnostic communication between the Electric Control Units on board the vehicles with the outside world. Part of this goal is to think about how we arrange the code so the architecture can be built on for future demands. Meanwhile the ECU:s (Electronic Control Unit) are evolving towards higher performance units, with more bandwidth and faster clock cycles.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with tools and techniques such as Docker, Git, GitLab, Jira, .NET, AWS, Visual Studio, CI/CD, Unit test frameworks, Diagnostics protocols like UDS, Diagnostic over IP (DOIP), networking technologies such as CAN, Ethernet, Communication Interfaces like Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) and much more.

Who you are
You have a technical university degree and proven experience in Software development. You have good knowledge in C#, C++, .NET. Good knowledge of Cloud solutions like AWS. You are a senior System software developer with at least 5 years’ experience. You have experience or a strong interest in communication stacks and protocols.
You are a problem solver driven by customer needs. You are a team player and have good communication skills for all cross functional collaboration needs. You are fluent in English, if you have knowledge in Swedish it is an advantage. As a person you are analytic but like to get things done.
Also to your advantage, skills in IPv6, DHCPv6, Prefix delegation, ND (Neighbor Discovery), SLAAC (Stateless Address Autoconfiguration), DOIP(Diagnostic over IP) is a merit. Experience with profiling is a strong merit.
