We are an international software consultancy company that empowers our clients and colleagues through the co-creation of sustainable tech solutions.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven individual with intermediate or senior levels of professional experience. We believe that you have 5+ years of experience working with development. Your speciality today is probably in Javascript, .Net or Java. In your work, you enjoy using agile and lean development approaches. Aside from years of experience and past titles, we value passion for delivering high-quality work, ambition to solve problems, and enthusiasm for continuous improvements. You will be a value multiplier, helping us advance our colleagues, our company, and our culture.

As a consultant, you will develop new skills through dynamic assignments, which will empower you to progress faster in your career. You will get to work alongside brilliant minds, focusing on innovation instead of maintenance.

As a developer you will:

• Join our hand-picked colleagues and together co-create custom software, to impact large numbers of users in Scandinavia and beyond
• Work in a distributed team with co-located and remote colleagues
• Build impressive software that enhance the end user's experience
• Have the opportunity to participate in discussions, facilitate workshops and share knowledge about your topics of expertise
• Proactively help your colleagues grow and improve with code reviews, pair programming and other extreme programming practices
• Continuously enhance ways of working regarding relationships, tools and best practices
