SCRUM MASTER - Stockholm

Assignment Description:

Our team is looking for a Scrum Master who will be coaching the teams towards increasing team maturity, value-flow and taking lead in continuous improvements. Along with that, helping the team to adhere to given processes and to, within given frames, encourage the team to try new ways of working and ensures that the team visualize status for activities.

What you'll do:

● Keep track of the team’s deliveries (backlog), making sure the team progress as planned and that delays and issues are being addressed.

● Support the UX manager in managing the backlog and prioritization and together with the Project leads.

● Securing overall delivery for each project, provide input on what needs to be done and when.

● Work in close collaboration with the UX designers and the team’s Design lead and act as a facilitator in various meetings.

● Organize and prepare team planning activities at the same time to secure that dependencies are taken care of together with the other scrum masters.

● Dealing with technologies such as SAFE, User Experience, software engineering and Jira/Vira.

● Improve the team’s self-organisation and collaboration through coaching and help to create a cohesive and healthy culture focused on our goals.

● Clarifying dependencies for the team while ensuring continuous inspect and adapt way of working e.g. retrospective.

● Possess strong communication skills and able to balance value and different stakeholder.

● Open-minded towards new tools, solutions, and maybe most important, other team members.

● Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills of English language.

● Bachelor’s Degree in business management, computer science, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
