UX Strategist

We are looking for a UX Strategist who would like to join us on our journey to shape the future of commerce. As UX Strategist you will plan and own the research and strategy phases of our projects, alone or together with other strategists/ designers. You will be responsible for interpreting the clients' business challenges, gathering data and insights to in the end formulate a viable strategy that can be communicated to the client and transferred to the rest of the project team.

We believe you are a person who understands the role of the brand when it comes to digital product and experience development. We believe you can transform data into insights and strategy and communicate concisely internally and externally. We believe you have enough experience and confidence to trust your intuition while at the same time making sure to read and incorporate research and analytics data (qualitative and quantitative) into your decision-making. You are a dedicated person who can naturally take on a leading position within a project and in front of clients, shaping the direction and requirements for what we will design and build.

You will be a part of the design team at NoA Ignite. Once here, you will:

- Plan and conduct customer research (primary and secondary data) using, for example, workshops, interviews, web analytics, visual analytics, and desk research.
- Convert research into insights (user needs mapping, job stories, etc)
- Define UX strategies (Key user flows, sitemaps, prioritized functionality)
- Set clear KPIs to be able to follow the effect on business objectives
- Compile research insights and strategic decisions into convincing, tangible documentation/presentations with the purpose of guiding and align the project team
- Secure alignment with strategy by supporting designers during exploration and creation to evaluate our solutions with end users
- Take part in the refinement and development of our Research and Strategy process, implementation of new tools and approaches for conducting UX research and strategy within our projects
- Educating & supporting colleagues with user research & strategy tools in their processes - particularly designers & business advisors
