Senior Software Engineer

The Opportunity

We are looking for an inquisitive mind, with software development skills, to build a solution which analyses how well Internet Service Providers are delivering desired Quality of Experience to their end customers.

The Job

As part of Sandvine Analytics team, you will do data driven development, to understand how 100s and 1000s of Video, Gaming, Conferencing and other categories of Applications react to varying network conditions and load. You will take this analysis and design, develop, test, and improve a solution which guides Service Providers on how should they build and invest in their networks especially as investment in 5G network grows.

The position can be located in the Sandvine Malmö or Varberg office, Sweden.

What skills you bring:

• Experience with data analysis, some understanding of Machine Learning would be a bonus.
• Experience with building products which can analyse data at real world, large scale - Python or C preferred as programming languages, but feel free to pitch us better language for the task.
• Experience in linux environment
• Understanding of computer networking
• Some experience with collaborative development using tools such as git.
