Description

The client is now looking for a skilled visual designer/UX to join a small and truly agile team. You will be part of our Customer Experience Design community with more than 50 designers. Together they have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank’s digitization journey.

- Mandatory competence and experience:
- You have at least 4 years of experience within UX
- Post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile with UX for web, mobile and app
- You have both visual design & UX skills
- You are used to design user interfaces in an agile way, collaborating with front end developers side by side
- You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience in working with user interfaces for children

Preferred personal qualities:

- You love being a part of a small and focused team
- You have the ability to self-lead and communicate and you thrive being in a position where you have influence
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools
- You will work with interaction design and concept design for desktop and mobie and user research in the form of interviews and user testing
- You like to work together with the team of developers
