About us
Service Operations is a function responsible for making life less complicated for our consumers when they need support, maintenance, or repair of their car. We provide efficient, desired, and sustainable solutions and concepts for our service providers worldwide. Our products are designed to enable an effortless experience for both our consumers as well as our service providers. This responsibility goes all the way from creation of new solutions and products to secure implementation in the markets.
We are now looking for 3 UX Designer to influence how we can improve and design our future cars and future aftermarket products and services.

What you will do
As UX Designer you need a deep interest and understanding in the reality of our users that are directly interacting with our everyday products and services. The work is multifaceted, from consumers buying mobility to technicians working at various service providers using our aftermarket products. The different areas you will focus on are typically, usability, accessibility, serviceability, and learnability.
You will support and help the product teams towards effective solution considering what’s best for the user and the overall user experience. This, through user research, data analysis and testing. 
You will work cross-functionally internally and externally across Product Management, Architects, and Engineering teams. 

Who you are
You are curious, empathetic, ask insightful questions, listen and act on feedback. You want to learn about users and their behavior, goals, motivations, and needs. You have both passion and drive for building trust with all relevant stakeholders e.g., R&D and the digital community. You are inclusive, communicative and have the desire to continuously search for new knowledge and ideas to develop solutions. You have the possibility of explaining complex context in a simple manner.

You and your skills
You have a university education and experience from product development as well as experience from UX– as methodology, tools and strategies. 
You have preferably good knowledge about aftermarket business in the automotive industry and also experience in Agile framework. 
You are fluent in English (verbal and written).
