Tech Lead - Stockholm

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Tech Lead who is experienced in managing technical aspects of software development flow in a specific context or team.

What you'll do:

● Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

● Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

● Determining project requirements, developing work schedules for the team, delegating tasks, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

● Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at a project level.

● Work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.

Who you are:

● Have a bachelor’s degree in system development, infrastructure development, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.

● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset and problem solving.

● Expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs, with an emphasis on efficiency and performance.

● Have experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Target, Analytics, Audience Manager).

● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
