Aurobay is looking for a Security Specialist. This is an exciting role where you will be part of a small but dynamic and strong team with the opportunity to be an important part of building up the security of an international company and being part of Aurobay’s ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 journey.

The Information Security Function establishes and manages Aurobay's information security on behalf of CIO. An Information Security Specialist has a broad responsibility to cover tasks in all parts of the information security area. The Specialist reports to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and each team member’s responsibility is defined annually and is assigned based on the company’s current risk exposure as well as the team member’s competences and individual development goals. The geographical scope is global, but the position is located in Gothenburg. The job can be performed remotely but with requirement to be able to be in the office when needed/requested.

What you’ll do

- Continuous technology and information risk analysis.
- Risk management, provide security guidance to the company including IT colleagues.
- Support and follow up on remediating activities.
- Manage incidents and service requests addressed through the Service Desk system.
- Continuous improvement of the ISMS.
- Evolve Aurobay’s information security capability consistent with the risk portfolio.
- Security awareness activities.
- IT security governance and monthly monitoring, give directions and following up through compliance management.
- Conduct internal information security audits on Aurobay sites based on Aurobay information security policies and directives. Coordination of external ITGC audits.
- Compile reports to IT Management providing assurance that information security is being adequately addressed.

Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, or a 3+ years of working experience in the relevant field.

We believe you can also have:

- Certifications such as CISSP or CASP is beneficial
- Understand common networking protocols, ports and traffic flow
- Experience in analyzing logs and other attack artifacts to perform incident investigations
- Experience of vulnerability scanning solutions
- Experience of Antimalware, HIPS, IDS, IPS, Full Packet Capture, Network Forensics and Host-Based Forensics
- Experience and knowledge of operations and architecture of an enterprise SIEM platform (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel, LogPoint, ArcSight, QRadar, LogLogic, Splunk)
- Experience in developing and deploying signatures (e.g. YARA, Snort, Suricata, HIPS) is beneficial
- Good understanding of the operating systems Windows and Linux as well as the mobile operating systems Android and iOS
- Experience of Microsoft Cloud Security and a broad understanding of different security areas
- OT-environment experience is beneficial
- Knowledge about ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 is beneficial
- Ability to read and judge legal texts like Terms & Conditions, Contracts, DPA's and other regulatory business documents
