I-Talent Program 2023

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

Would you like to kick start your IT career with a talent program at a multinational company that takes pride in developing their employees?

As a participant in the I-Talent Program you will join IT's mission at Scania to utilize the power of software and data in all areas. The goal is to minimize the impact on the environment from transports.

You will be hired into a specific role where you will learn the job and develop skills to become an IT Professional. During the programs six months you will learn about Scania's business and products through different go-and-see occasions and receive tailored technical training designed for your role. You will also develop soft skills at personal, group and Scania level.

The I-Talent Program is conducted in a collaboration between the departments IT, Sales & Marketing and Research & Development - giving you a broad network at Scania from day one.

Who is an I-Talent?

We are looking for IT graduates who have the potential and desire to become IT Professionals at Scania. We expect you to have the ability and the drive to acquire knowledge both in an overall perspective and in certain areas in depth.

Applicants should hold a relevant Bachelor, Master, or equal degree with a maximum of two years work life experience. Written and spoken English is required. Skills in Swedish is needed in some of the teams but considered a merit in others.

All positions are located at Scania in Södertälje and the program will start the September 1st 2023.

We are looking for candidates who wants to work in roles such as backend developers, testers, data engineers, frontend developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, system developers and more.

This recruitment process is conducted by Nexer Tech Talent, who specializes in finding and develop newly graduated talents within IT. You will be hired by Scania.
