The greenest part of our red heart now needs its new Front End focussed Full Stack Developer. And even if we have been around for a while, there are as many exciting things ahead of us in this marketplace jewel just as it was in the beginning.

What you'll be up to:

Do you enjoy writing code but want to expand your role? Do you want to focus not only on development but act as a bridge between tech and product?

Then Team Generalist - Private Seller might be the right place for you!

The team's mission is to create successful and relevant ads by providing a frictionless way to insert and manage sellable items for private generalist sellers to help them sell quickly and securely. And this is where you come in.

Your focus would generally be on the FrontEnd, but you would also be working on the BackEnd depending on the project phases, adopting a holistic approach to development that enables you to work successfully across the whole stack. We are migrating from a monolithic architecture to microservices, so it would be beneficial if you had some previous experience working with distributed systems.

Who you are:

We believe you are a FrontEnd focused Full Stack Developer with some experience beneath your belt working with microservices and distributed systems. You are comfortable working across the entire stack, depending on project phases and workload, and have a holistic approach to development. You enjoy teamwork but can also work independently in developing new features across the stack and enjoy discussing and debating code and solutions with your peers.

You like sharing your knowledge with your cross-functional team and more junior developers, and above all, you are curious and continuously strive to learn new things. We are often working in pairs, so collaboration is another key.
