About the position

Perido is looking for a DevOps engineer to our client, one of the largest official LEI registrations agents in the Nordics. LEI codes are used as part of financial institutions' legal transaction reporting and are a necessity for each legal entity involved in securities and/or derivative transactions. The position is placed in either Stockholm or Umeå with a hybrid solution. If you are not situated in Stockholm or Umeå the client is open to remote solutions as well.

Your daily tasks

You will support existing employees in daily operations and be an important player in the company's modernization of services and solutions. The position is broad and will offer a lot of variety in your everyday work life. These are some of the programming languages you will work in, you will not have to master them all:

• LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP)
• React
• GoCD
• Kubernetes
• Apache Kafka
• MinIO
• Docker
• MongoDB
• Git & Bitbucket

Your qualifications

You are driven, take responsibility and know how to solve problems, both independently and in teams. You should possess good basic technical competence and can review codes and transform them into something great. In the meeting with colleagues and external parties, you are always positive, social, and professional and communicate in an educational and simple way.

Requirements

• Relevant education
• Relevant work life experience
• Experience working with containers
• Excellent communication skills in English and basic skills in Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience from Kubernetes and Cloud solutions
• Experience from working banking/finance
• Experience from Cyber security
• Knowledge of GDPR

Contract type and hours

Full time, consulting assignment the first 6 months with Perido, thereafter possibility of permanent employment with the client. Start Q1/Q2, 2023.
